Staff Photo Match

Local preview of Staff Photo Match output settings

Prepare staff portraits without renaming files by hand. Staff Photo Match pairs photos with a current roster, flags uncertain matches for review, and creates staff-ID-named JPG copies while preserving originals. Choose optional compression, download new or changed photos, or deliver them to S3, FTP/SFTP, or Google Drive. The newest clearly dated portrait wins within the selected school year; optional Slack review alerts help you follow up on unresolved matches.

To configure, go to File Manager > Create > Sync Jobs > Staff Photo Match.

e-IEPPro Exports

Local preview of e-IEPPro report processing options

Turn selected reports into useful deliverables in one job. Remove unwanted CSV columns, merge related reports on a shared key, and convert supported IEP Progress Reports from PDF to CSV. Printable report pages can now be delivered as PDFs, including reports without a CSV/PDF selector. Database exports also respect connection Home Folders and offer tab-delimited text output.

Configure report processing in File Manager > Create > Sync Jobs > API to FTP/S3 Sync Job.

Observation PDFs

Sample observation PDF with scores beside section headings

Export a single observation as a PDF or collect multiple observations in a ZIP of individual PDFs. Documents preserve the full observation, use a clearer report layout, and place scores beside their section headings. Larger exports run in the background so you can keep working.

Saved-Field Suggestions

Saved-value suggestions in a Tools dialog

Spend less time retyping familiar values. Matching suggestions now appear across commonly reused fields in File Manager, Maps, Watch Dog, Quote Generator, and other tools. Suggestions load as dialogs open, stay anchored while scrolling, and support arrow keys, Enter, and Tab. Selection dropdowns with more than two choices also gain search, while secret fields stay excluded from saved suggestions.

Multitasking Workspace

Local preview of Tools window manager arranging two forms side by side

Keep related work open side by side, minimize a task, and restore it from another module without losing its place. Drag minimized tasks into the workspace to arrange up to four windows. Clearer opening feedback, more compact spacing, and smoother transitions make it easier to move between tasks. Global Search and module tabs also work more reliably from the keyboard.

Everyday Reliability

Blue shield and connected workflow icons representing dependable everyday work

File browsing, large spreadsheet libraries, dashboards, and analytics load with less unnecessary waiting. File Manager adds Home Folders and clearer navigation; Maps location controls work again; Watch Dog manual checks show durable background progress. This release also improves Google connection recovery, member editing, theme controls, saved feed settings, and permission checks. Sign-in now asks for your email first, then lets you choose a password, emailed code, passkey, or Google.
