Release Notes 2026.3.13.0

A platform-wide refresh that gives every Tools module a cleaner, more consistent interface while improving everyday workflows, accessibility, reliability, and large-job handling.

This release is mostly about making Tools feel like one product. We refreshed the look across the app, tightened busy screens, and cleaned up a long list of small workflow snags.

A cleaner Tools
- Every main module has the refreshed look - Admin Panel, Bot, Dashboards, File Manager, Help Center, Maps, Marketing Tools, Product Generator, Quote Generator, Seating Chart, SSH Servers, URL Validator, Watch Dog, Webhook Manager, Widgets, and XL Compare now share the same cards, tables, dialogs, badges, empty states, and dark mode rules.
- Pages line up better - Main module pages now use the same spacing, headers, and section rhythm, so moving between tools feels less jarring.
- Dark mode is easier on the eyes - Menus, popups, forms, tables, and empty states now keep clearer contrast across the app.
- Status labels are easier to read - Badges and chips now use the same shape, size, and color rules, with red saved for real errors or restricted states.

Better everyday screens
- Bot Features are easier to build - The old Home area is now Features. Creating items is cleaner, sticky-message previews are easier to read, and links or deployments can be cloned instead of rebuilt.
- File Manager is easier to scan - Connections, syncs, backups, API Bridge, Data Lenses, browsing, uploads, logs, and previews now follow the same cleaner layout.
- Watch Dog is easier to check - Watchers, logs, status switches, counters, and empty states now make it clearer what is running and what needs attention.
- Help Center has its own home - Help Center now lives at /help/, with cleaner article pages, shared feedback, and redirects from older links.

Smoother work
- Seating Chart is easier to edit - The canvas starts centered, roster actions stay close, and you can click a person to place them. Undo, Redo, alignment guides, and a stronger Reset warning make bigger edits less risky.
- Quotes update as you edit - Totals move with your changes, previews are easier to read, and export and pricing menus match the rest of Tools.
- Webhooks are easier to manage - Status switches work again, live cards keep their contrast, and create/edit windows have cleaner titles and spacing.
- SSH Servers need fewer retries - The server list shows where each server came from, 1Password sync opens more reliably, and terminal/add/edit screens are easier to scan.
- Sign-in and admin controls are stronger - Workspaces can require passkeys, approve pending domain-based member requests, send account-active emails, and use clearer welcome-email flows for new members.
- Recent Activity is much more complete - Activity now covers more work across Quote Generator, File Manager, Admin Panel, Hub, Contact, Watch Dog, Widgets, Webhook Manager, Product Generator, PDF Generator, SSH Servers, and more while keeping noisy or private events out of the feed.

More consistent tools
- XL Compare feels steadier - Tables, menus, export flows, filters, and compare screens now match the newer app patterns, with smoother stat animations and cleaner review controls.
- Maps and Marketing Tools feel more polished - Map dialogs, saved-view actions, analytics screens, QR tools, short links, and public pages now follow the same cleaner layout.
- Admin Panel is easier to move through - Management, Analytics, Health, Integrations, Suggestions, and Bug Reports now use the same controls, badges, menus, and loading states as the rest of Tools.
- Product Generator, URL Validator, and Widgets fit in better - Their sheets, popups, tables, empty states, and action rows now match the shared Tools look.
- Public workflow pages are more polished - The Workflows and Free areas, Maps, Widgets, XL Compare, Marketing Tools, public demos, embed snippets, hero animations, and landing-page motion now feel more finished and easier to understand.

Safer edges
- Health checks are easier to act on - Tools now calls out stuck background work more clearly, so the problem is easier to find.
- Delete prompts show in the right place - Confirmations now appear above open windows, including saved-view deletes in Maps.
- Public pages hold up better - Emails use the right site logo, public maps recover better from short service hiccups, and old Help Center links still land in the right place.
- Exports and large jobs are more dependable - Shared queued exports, same-site downloads, artifact fallback, durable XL Compare dispatch, and clearer queue health make heavy work less likely to stall.
- File Manager reliability improved - Backups can use Tailscale/CGNAT hosts, SFTP host-key rotation can self-heal, Git clone checks are less brittle, and File Manager jobs route more steadily.
- XL Compare got stability fixes - Large compares queue more safely, match-case settings stay with the job, and the column/key settings sheet no longer errors when selecting a sheet or dismissing the panel.
